Well, hanging around trailers is one way. But if you're looking for an approach that's more go-get-em than creepy, here are some groups, events, liquor stores, & gas stations that allow loitering by your type.
I've added a calendar to the side bar for listing events, but I currently have no idea of it's functional or just pretty. I'll be working on that!
